Look, Ma–no helmets!This was from a 1939 yearbook, before we entered WWII. Keep in mind that in 1940, Chaplin came out with “The Great Dictator,” where he mocked Hitler as well.
Those are some interesting pictures. If you had not of said that they were from a yearbook I would have some totally different thoughts about a couple of those shots.

I liked the football and poker night photosโ which look impromptu. Those pictures of the women coeds seem staged. The homemade costumesโ are incongruous but I have dressed as an Indian before.
