This tree surely could provide a lot of wood. It reminds me of when I was little and read The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein. The tree gave himself for the little boy, until it was only a stump. I sobbed just like Tracy Morgan (pre-accident) here.

Whew. big tree. Imagine going home after a hard day’s work and explaining to your wife that “Today honey, I got a quarter of the way through chopping down one tree. Just another three days and we’ll get that tree to fall.” Ha!

Yes, I guess that’s how the conversation would go. And he might need to ice his shoulders. That hurts my shoulder blades, just thinking of the back and forth. Do you think a supervisor came by hourly to make sure they were still cutting?

Now that is one heck of a tree. I bet that made a big sound even if no one was around.

That tree appears to have a mouth that is saying. Stop! No! Ouch! I can feel that! I think I’ve been watching too much animation, Kerbey.

Gosh, I hope they don’t feel pain. Just keep making oxygen, tree.

If they’re married, I doubt their wives let them bring their boots inside the house after a long day of chopping. 🙂
