Yesterday, we visited West Texas State Teachers College for a glimpse of campus life. As you can imagine, with images ranging in size from a stamp to a business card, the resolution can be sketchy. But amazingly, some images are crisp as a kettle chip. Feel free to click to enlarge.
I love a glimpse at college life from the past

Crisp as a kettle chip. Great word play. These pictures are even better than yesterday. The lady in the beret had to be someone’s sweetheart. So stylish and cool. I just don’t see her as a teacher. As for the two gents in the top coats they are definitely dressed for action. Love those hats. Your last pic is definitely the end. Shame we don’t know the back story to all of these slices of campus life.

The caption said, “Ilene likes the Physics class” for the gal in the beret. But does she really?

Gas was 19 cents a gallon but unemployment was over 20%. These folks were pretty lucky to be in college.
