Things that interest me in this one: (i) wondering what occasion brought them together for the photo, (ii) the cheer and simple elegance displayed by each, especially the lady in the light turquoise dress, who seems slightly dressier than the others, (iii) the print dresses and the glasses, (iv) each lady is wearing a beaded necklace, three of which are near identical, and (v) the Latin-colored Peter Max-style painting or image behind them.
Now you understand why I had to buy it yesterday at the Antique Mall! The image behind them made me wonder as well. I was noticing that the hairstyles were making them look older even though they had nice figures that I envy. I do wish I knew what they were celebrating!
Those prints are interesting. Who ever Fran is hopefully the promotion comes with a raise so that she can buy some new clothes.

I love the glasses, Kerbey. Frames like that are coming back for, what, the third or fourth time?
