Well…The only thing I can say is. Dang! This is the most ugly bunch of “ladies” I have ever seen.Even for drag queens. However I do recall that part of the flapper look was to be “flat chested”. So in that regard they have it nailed. I do have one question. Are the two short “guys” children? If they aren’t then this assembly falls into the really weird category.

I think there are a couple real women and children. It gave no explanation as to why the men were in drag. 😦

I think you’re correct. They probably nipped those high school drag shows in the bud once the stock market fell 3 years later. No time for indulgence.
