Some of the wise boys who say my music is loud, blatant and that’s all should see the faces of the kids who have driven a hundred miles through the snow to see the band… to stand in front of the bandstand in an ecstasy all their own. –

    1. I know what you want me to say. The one who looks so bored, she wishes sweet death would snatch her from the quartet. But maybe she just saw her ex walk in with that new girl who is clearer much uglier than she is, and she is in shock. Maybe her ears are cold and she wishes she had a scarf like the other two? :0

  1. Do I have to choose which of those pics is my favorite? I hope not, because I can’t. They’re all good.

Luckily, I know my favorite quote of those… Colin Firth. Luckily no one hires him for his singing voice.

      1. Gotta love those Brits and their self-deprecating humour (yes, I spelled it that way on purpose).

Benedict Cumberbatch “Cumberbatch: what a fluffy old name. It sounds like a fart in a bathtub.”

But may favorite quote by a Brit might be Churchill’s “We are all worms, but I do believe I am a glow-worm.”
