What a gold mine of possibilities. The girl does indeed look all starry eyed about the lad next to her. Tough that he’s a Vulcan and can’t understand this thing called feelings. As for the 2 guys on the other end they’re just tickled pink about their invitation to join the Astronomy Club. Now what is in that jar? Smelling salts? Everyone knows the effect Vulcans have on Earth girls. So many possibilities.
It’s a jar of rubber cement, and this plucky girl just got the first whiff of her life. It can’t be this guy who’s givin her this look, Kerbey. As for the guys in the second row, they’re wondering why they’re in the second row and when the goofy guy in the first row is going to discover the rubber snake they hid down his shirt when he wasn’t looking.
I liked rubber cement way better than paste and Elmer’s glue. I think rubber cement is responsible for at least 33 percent of my goofball tendencies today, Kerbey. 🙂
