  1. Laughing out loud at this one. So many funnies! Yearbook club? And what’s up with the neckties? Liking the dresses of the era better than this look. Though I write that wearing not-exactly-the-latest-fashions, so who am I to talk? 😉

    1. You don’t like the long pencil skirts, socks, and loafers? I can hardly keep track of the fashions–even watching Fashion Police on E!–much less the lingo. I spent 5 min trying to figure out if I was “basic” or “ratchet” last night. I’m not a ghetto diva, so I’m definitely not ratchet. I must be basic. I DO have a flip phone, so…

      1. I have no idea what you are talking about. Ratchet? Just googled and thinking you are not a ratchet unless you think (mistakenly) that you are “every man’s eye candy.” That doesn’t sound like you. Though I bet you are your hubby’s eye candy and not mistakenly. And this is totally not you: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Basic (sorry Mark, you can delete after Kerbey sees this, what with your blog being family-friendly and all)

Their skirts are too long. And they seem drab, though maybe that’s just the b&w talking.

      2. sorry sorry–and now realizing that I’m here and not at Mark’s–too many screens open at once. So YOU can go ahead and erase that horrible link. And after yesterday’s lovely baptism post. *hanging head in shame*

      3. square pegs square pegs square, square! Always never quite right. I’d like it if they liked us, but I don’t think they like us.

  2. Well, basically, I think both you, Kerbey, and you, Liz, are Ratchet, in the sense that you are obviously both beauties. So there! And I did not mean to use basic in any way, shape or form of that link you posted, Liz. How street was that, by the way?!

Back to the photo, Kerbey. The camera-holder is somehow related to Shirley McLaine, think you not?

    1. I think of Shirley as blonde or red, like in those pictures with her and her daughter in Life with those big cheeks. This gal does have the teacup cheeks.

  3. Damn. Too much data. I like those pics. Hair, sorta short. Ties, a play on male business attire. I like pencil skirts. And Lois Lane had some guns. Oh and for what it is worth I agree with Mark. Liz and Kerby are both eye candy and brain candy.
