Frosty Days In The Texas Hill Country

Flashlight54-007Hooray! For the first time since May, the temperature got below 90 degrees! It was in the SIXTIES this morning. I’m wearing a 3/4 length sleeve! Who knew putting on more clothes could be so liberating? In addition, we got 27 drops of rain, more than most of summer. I think I see a puddle!

  1. Hurray for weather. That is a very cool photo. With the salutation it adds to the history mystery of it all. I am glad things cooled down for. I’ll see what I can do about sending some of our rain your way.

    1. I think so, but now it’s muggy again. Our waitress last night was from Minnesota and said her folks said it had been in the 50s there, and I thought of you. She was so happy to feel a nice cool breeze. It will be 95 again next week, though. 😦

  2. Cool will come again, Kerbey. Repeat it in your mind, with memories of this Saturday, until it happens. I’m glad you enjoyed the briefest of respites and smallest of puddles, my friend. I’d ship our 50s and rain southwest if I could. I like sharing.
