Wow. The new Chipotle ad is sad and beautiful and hopefully indicative of change in the food industry, because what we’re eating is crap:

I Don't Get It 
Great Ad. I just wonder if Chipotle is the proper natural food warrior. I am ambivalent in regards to “man made ” changes in our food chain. The corn we eat everyday is not the corn that came from “nature”. It was manipulated by people about 1000 years ago. Maybe the bottom line is feeding a whole bunch of people.

I am suspicious of the way foods are made now. I don’t want to eat genetically modified corn or soy or chickens and cows pumped full of antibiotics and living shoulder to shoulder.

I agree. But the point I was making is crops and live stock were genetically modified long before “modern science”. Like you I do have issues with a lot of “science” regarding our food.
