As near as I can determine, that newspaper is “L’Echo du Centre la Marseillaise” which was published (in Limoges actually) in 1947-1949. That would tie in to the Life International reference to 1946. OK, so nobody cares about this. Fine. Just fine. Be that way. Humph.
