Whenever I’m looking at pics like this, I have an “aha” moment like I recognize someone, and then I realize that in black-and-white photos, and with flappers all dressing the same, it’s almost impossible to tell them apart. I think the best place to hide would be as a flapper in a 1920’s or 30’s photo. No one would ever find you!
I think that I’d steer clear of that crew. Just bit too aware of how they look to others. I guess the right word would be affected. Yet is is wonderful photo Kerbey. Whenever I see anything like that I think of Gatsby.

They really started to let loose in the ’20s. Sort of wonder where things would have evolved to but for the Depression.
