Ice cream would be better. Yes, it is cold enough. I am in double layers and my hands are icicles, along with the icicles outside. The city offices are closed, the schools and universities are closed, the roads are closed, and everyone is waiting this out. How about y’all?

Windy and brisk. Temps are in the 50s daytime but the Santa Ana winds are howling. Nothing like what you guys have.
