When we lived in Utah’s southern desert area we would go out at night with ultraviolet flashlights (you can guy from Amazon) and shine them around the ground. Scorpions fluoresce a nice bright blue color. You might think we had very little else to do at night in the desert in Utah. You would be correct. If only we had known we could 3 cents per scorp….
I used to step on them if they were anywhere near the house. Man did I ever take a beating about that from everybody and their uncle but I don’t like the little bast…insects.
