Blast from the past! I had one of those and it looked like the one in the front cente. We never did figure out how to put brakes on it. That actually applies to both pictures. bwahahaha! My Mother’s maiden name was Carter and her brother (Jack , and come to think of it, Frank too) both drank like fishes) Ha!
Don’t worry – I was at no risk of confusing billy carts with Billy Carter, because I didn’t know who the fella was. Now that I do, Billy Beer seems like a beverage I can only imagine!
That’s how you klass up the joint, when the president’s brother is a bit backwoodsy. They used to compare Roger Clinton, Bill Clinton’s bro, to Billy Carter. He had a sweet mullet.
