It always makes me sad when i see the remains of an animal, or for that matter, an abandoned business. As if a life has gone or someone’s dreams are trashed. It leaves me feeling empty and cold.
That’s how I felt during Obama’s first term and many of our favorite businesses folded. We drive through town and see all the places we used to shop or out, and the recession has killed their dreams. All these office buildings empty, but shining and pristine, needing people in them.

Yes, they have little downtown shuttles near the Capital building, which are called Dillos, so it is a familiar term here.
