Is the woman’s outfit due to cultural mandates or weather? As for the dog I have nothing to say except it’s outfit is nicer than hers. Heck even the artichokes are wearing hats. Now that is one modest country.
My immediate reaction was….that God americans aren’t the only people on this earth that dress their animals!! I feel better!!
I think its a nice….older dog look!

I will admit I did have a Pomeranian that owned more clothes than me…but she never rode on the artichokes!
