Antique Mall Stroll

Dr Pepper’s old ad campaign used to suggest drinking it during peak sugar- and energy-deficient moments during the day, at 10am, 2pm, and 4pm. Perhaps one could say a prayer thrice daily as well?

At least thank God for beer. No need to get all aboard the bottle itself. Quite a core workout, that.

War images were available as well.

Y’all know how I feel about my Coke.

This is cute, even to folks who aren’t sci-fi nerds.

In the words of Carrie Underwood, “I don’t smoke, but sometimes I need a long drag.” Or in this case, a long draw…

  1. I love coke and always will choose it if offered. I generally don’t buy it since it is not so good as far as sugar goes. I was missing some posts so came to the library and saw wo many more in my Reader than my cellphone holds. I don’t have a home computer or kindle or notepad, laptop, neither. Smiles and thanks for the Dr. Pepper, beer and cigars nostalgic icons, Kerbey. Hope this is going to be a great year for you! Smiles, Robin

      1. Yes, so true! I have my photograph of a Raggedy Ann and Andy metal lunch box I allowed my kids to play with and ultimately the hinges broke off! I had a friend who still has her Charlie’s Angels lunch box! 🎉
