Your title made me chuckle as soon as I read it because I was pretty sure what you meant even before I saw the pic. The dog certainly does look as though he is more gazing at some place other than her eyes. Those guys are awful skinny. Were they trying to go for the Sinatra look? Both of those chicks could do better.

They were so skinny, yes! You might be right about the Sinatra thing. He didn’t puff out till decades later…
