That hair. It seems as though sweaters aren’t as popular as they once were. Of course that is based on my observations which admittedly are not that vast.
When college girls are closer to 200 lbs than 100, I imagine the sweaters don’t look as nice. Plus, with global warming, who needs a sweater? Except us right now, since it’s in the 30s, just like Satan likes it. Shivery. Sometimes I think about doing my hair like that, but won’t folks just think I stuck a can of frozen OJ in my bangs?
And penny loafers, saddle shoes, quilted skirts. Soo, I’m dated by memory of quilted skirts from 1953 to 1956 approximately. Oh, that’s cute- ladies closer to 200 than 100#. I actually remember those (100s +) it made a young lad feel really manly to pick up the girl if she asked for help.
Sweaters and girls…what a wonderful combination.
