The two in the middle are almost certainly siblings, no? Possibly fraternal twins or just a year or so gap. Perhaps the one on the far left is related too…the eyes are very similar.

Lord, when you think about the horrors they endured – at the very least the loss of parents and loved ones – and they can still smile – amazing.
