As a Minnesota girl, I can say with some authority that if it is cold enough to ice skate, then it is too cold to wear a skirt. And it if it warm enough to wear a skirt, it is too warm to skate. In what state does the magical temperature at which you can do both occur?

That there was Oklahoma. I guess her knees would hurt quite a bit if she fell. Believe me–I fell rollerskating in 2011, and it STILL hurts!
