Alpha Zeta “Star Wars” match 1978

I don’t get anything about this photo, Kerbey, none of it. Nope.
Nor I. What’s with her chrome dome?
That’s just the start of it. Blow dryer outside. Insignia on blow dryer. Blow dryer with Michelobs. Shall we continue?
I guess not.
Am I being too hard on the silly kids?
Nah. They’re from a galaxy far far away.
“Here, hold my beer. I want to try something with this hair dryer.”
But her hair is already so lovely…
The title is Michelob and subtitle is Golden Draft. ??
She is wearing the chrome dome because it is her turn for the haircut (which Mr Bowl Cut just finished) after which she will use the blow drier. Oh and the beer is to ease the pain of the bad haircuts. See? That wasn’t so hard ;-)

I don’t know why I didn’t see that the first time. Thanks.
You know I am at a loss. I have no idea what this is. Unless she was an extra for the movie Jesus Christ Super Star and that is no ordinary blow dryer but a beer shooter there is no explanation.
It’s the 1978 version of the famous pitchfork/farm couple, isn’t it?
American Gothic? Yes, but closer to the Rocky Horror version.
He’s got a double cup. I like his style.
If his date bails, he’s ready to hand off the second cup to another hairdresser. That’s just good manners.
Maybe she’s Jenny Lawson’s (The Bloggess) Grandmother…?
